Friday Evening tour
With the rented lens and my back-up D80 in tow I headed of with great expectations of some superior shooting on Friday evening. While there was a lot to see, the photo opps never came. I found what I thought was one lone sheep on the hillside. Just now as I edit the image for the blog I actually see three sheep, the one in the sun, and two more in the shade on the left. The Ram at the bottom looks to be pretty mature. There is a little green starting to appear (top right).
I also managed a shot of this Bull moose with his antler nubs starting to show.
There were Bluebirds, Redtails, deer, Robins, and a flight of 8 swans, I did manage one other decent shot of a Redtail with its dinner.
